Q-WE-DO is our hobby, Southern Style BBQ & Catering is our business.  Q-WE-DO BBQ, was crowned the Tennessee Barbeque Champions for 2005. Since then, people have wanted our award winning barbeque and we are now providing residents of Powell and North Knox County the same quality of "Q" that wins on the circuit.

With our website, we will attempt to keep our fans and customers up-to-date on the happenings around the barbeque circuit as well as keep you informed on the dates of our cooks.

Let us assist you with your celebration by providing a blue ribbon line up of smoked ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, succulent chicken and all the trimmings.
